Bee the Change You Wish to See in the World

Early in December 2020, I decided to do a series of wallpapers that mash-up slasher/horror villains with cliches & annoying platitudes. I wanted to work one every weekday, in an effort to stay sharp, work fast, and learn as much as I can through sheer practice. I do them on a more relaxed schedule now, but I still enjoy doing them and have a pretty long list of pieces I'd like to do before I'm done.
This Candyman piece is one of the first I did, and frankly, I hate it. I think it's busy, ugly, and the colors don't work very well. But I made myself do one a day and promised that when it was done, it was done, and I would not go back to perfect any of the pieces. Hopefully this helps show the progress that was made throughout the project.
